These terms are between you and Durham Global Investments LLC ([state] limited liability company), [address].

The service

Durham AI Business OS is software for organizing and running a small business. It provides drafts, templates and organization tools. It does not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any business result or income.

Billing

Plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. The founding beta is $19/month for the first three monthly payments and $29/month after that. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Founding-beta payments can be refunded on request within 14 days. Third-party fees (payment processing, AI, email, domains) are billed by those providers.

Your content

You own what you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having consent to contact the people in your CRM and for your store's products, prices and policies.

Acceptable use

No unlawful products, spam, harassment, or attempts to access other customers' data.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. [Limitation of liability and governing law to be confirmed by counsel.]
