Is this fully automatic?

No. It automates routine steps — like turning due follow-ups into tasks — and organizes the rest. You make the decisions and talk to your customers.

Does it use AI?

Built-in AI is planned. Today the builder produces template drafts from your own answers and a brief you can paste into your own Claude or ChatGPT account.

Will it send emails for me?

Not yet. You can log emails and calls; sending is planned.

Can I sell products?

Yes — digital products and services through a Stripe Payment Link. Orders are confirmed only by Stripe's signed message, and buyers get access after that.

Can clients see my workspace?

Only if you invite them with client access, and then only projects and messages you mark as shared.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Contacts export to CSV and store data to JSON.

Do you show customer results or testimonials?

Not until we have real ones we have permission to share.

How do refunds work?

During the founding beta we refund on request within 14 days of a payment. See the customer terms.
